At the moment I am learning as much as I can about PTSD and to be honest a see A LOT of parallels between it and ADD and ADHD, at least for me. There was a study done that stated ADHD and PTSD are possibly the underlying reason for burn out.....I thoroughly agree!! Maybe you could begin a forum/group for starters? I see triggers as a point to learn and grow....at least for me. They usually are mirroring something in my current life that needs ATTENTION! Thank you for your inspiration, Bryan!
