How brave and fabulous of you to ‘come out’ and tell us your side. I’m a mildly dyslexic thinker and have been doing the same, using different media.

I’ve used the positive side to my and other people’s benefit by training and working with people who experience the negative side of not only AD/HD, but also dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia.

My work guides all these people into learning in their own natural way of learning – not the educational system’s way. Part of this work is to learn how to adjust the speed of the mind’s thinking speed and another part is retaining focus. These are the most challenging usually because they are the first activities – an not like anything you’ve been shown to do before. After this it becomes comparatively easy and I see significant progress quickly in most clients.

The BRILLIANT news is, age doen’t matter, and yes, adults experience AD/HD too!
