I'm new to this Adder-world (this is only my second comment) I find that what Bryan says in this blog would be more inspiring if I hadn't already thought of similar things myself (I found this to be true in every paragraph). I am only just starting to write down my ideas in the form of blogs on blogger.com. Something I noticed is I find myself being skeptic of an idea/theory even before I finish it (I guess this is what we all do when we look back on the ideas once they are in a visible form / and perhaps sometimes in the moment)
It might be strange for someone to say but I feel that what Riri and Katy B. say are both how I feel... I have never been good at explaining things in words. I think it is strange that nearly every quote I read I have also thought but simply not in words but some sort of understanding? I think it is in our nature to think alike, as well as be unique.

Overwhelmed from having too much ideas? Yes, that's my life. Sometimes those ideas are just flushing away and fill my brain until I don't know what to do. It is common for me not to be able to sleep simply because there are too many ideas going back and forth. It's good when I can take some out of my head, but when there are just too many, I'm 'paralysed'. My friend once was amazed to hear me saying 'I have to refrain myself from having ideas' and commented if it is really possible for one to say that. Well, welcome to an ADDer's life.

It's quite frustrating sometimes, but now I learn to enjoy this moment and wait until it goes away.

I like it that you have found an outlet for your ideas Bryan...you set a powerful and inspiring example :)

Personally, I have a notebook that I write things down in constantly...then I go through it later and I have a corkboard where I post the ideas that I like, or simply the ones that I really need to remember! Then they are there for me to come back to later...and every so often I look over the notes and pick out the ones I REALLY like, so that I can figure out how to pursue them, and get rid of the ones that make me go "holy cow, what was I thinking!". Haha...this is a big step for me because my life used to be more like "OMG, that's the best idea ever, I think I'll write a novel THIS AFTERNOON!"...except I would be having these wild ideas tugging at me 1,000 times a day! The notebook and the corkboard help me put a little space between thought and action, and I find it very useful...then I can focus on the "best" of my ideas and put more energy into just those instead of spreading myself too thin and accomplishing nothing :) That is what works for ME anyway...
