No kidding Margaret!! ;)

You know, the difference between ADHD and overwhelmed people is days like today: I have some extra time today and I have been meaning to go on a walk in the sunshine for hours, but I can't seem to break away from doing nothing important so I can take that walk!

I love this topic Bryan!
Friday was a PD day for the school kids in our area. As I talked to the kids I saw in the office that day, it turned out that most of them had been at their "after school program" all day. Some of them looked so tired.
It made me think back to MY PD days as a kid - those special days that I got to sleep late, have breakfast in my jammies, and just generally have a less stressful day (school was stressful - academically okay, socially a disaster!!) As adults, why don't we ever just take a PD day like that?
