Maybe it's true that ADDer tend to self-help themselves. I remember when I was in my previous work, my supervisor was so upset to see the mess of archive boxes under the stair, and I told her that it was too heavy for me to carry them to the storage (ouch! such a stupid answer). Then she said that I could've asked the office boys to carry those boxes for me, I didn't have to do it myself. Now, why didn't I think of it. And that is only one case out of many. In fact, once I thought I could fix the fax machine myself. LOL Thanks, Bryan.

Maybe it’s true that ADDer tend to self-help themselves. I've been trying to do the self-help but it didn't take me anywhere. It was only yesterday I asked my friend to help me to deal with my fears and stuckness (is that a word?). She is my ex-colleague, has a background in psychology, and in fact, she is the one who told me that I might have ADD. We agree to have a 21-day programme to get rid of my fears and change my habit.
