My new eBook 7 Crucial Tips for Parents and Teachers of Children with ADHD is now available for download. The new eBook is a complete book and although it is written for parents and teachers, I believe it will also be a beneficial read for adults with ADHD as well.
Please download it, read it and share it. Remember, this eBook is complete, and free, I only ask that in return for downloading it that you please share it with others. The eBook is slightly under 5mb and it was not possible to make it any smaller, but is still small enough to be emailed, posted or linked to on your blog, your website or on facebook or twitter, or all of the above. I’d really appreciate it. I would also like your feedback, so after reading this eBook please take a moment to come back here and let me know your thoughts. You can also email me, if you prefer.

Adults with ADHD are at times alluring in mysterious, charming and edgy ways. Not on purpose, mind you and most of us don’t even realize it. It’s a matter of considering our symptoms and realizing that most people are attracted to interesting personalities, those that are characteristically unusual, even if dangerous and especially if mysterious. Generally speaking, people are attracted to others who have some mystery surrounding them and who leave them wanting to learn more and could potentially take them to the edge. Adults with ADHD have that something extra, that ability to charm and take those attracted to them to another level of experience. It’s a sexiness that’s compelling because it’s a bit edgy, or maybe, in this day and age, more than ever, especially because it’s a bit edgy.
This newly released book, Adult ADHD can be Sexy is for anyone who has ADHD and for anyone who is interested in a relationship with someone who has ADHD. Adult ADHD can be Sexy explores relationship dynamics from the inside-out.

*The question of using my free ebooks and PDF files as ‘gifts’ on other sites has come up a few times, and the answer is YES that’s okay, but please remember that these are free, so I do ask that you not charge for them. Several of you emailed me about printing problems with the files from the last set, I fixed that problem, but in order to do that I had to reformat the files, so if you still have that problem, please download a new copy for the fix.

Let’s face it, we are all just a tad too serious most of the time and we take ourselves just a little too seriously. When you are under constant threats, deadlines, making the grade or trying to improve yourself, it’s hard to let your hair down and relax, but sometimes I think that is exactly what we need to do.
I am learning to relax, chill-out and not take things so dog-gone seriously. We can get way too caught up in all the things we want to do and the goals we set for ourselves that when it looks like we are not going to achieve something, anything, it becomes the biggest let down ever, you know, like EVER – the sky is falling and quickly too! Let’s just take a moment and breathe. Take that deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds, then let it out slowly. See how much better everything is? Well, it might take a few times, but don’t hold your breath too long.
We have had some great, helpful books given away by fantastic authors over the last year, Nancy Ratey, Gina Pera, Bryan Robinson, Barbara Sher, Lara Honos-Webb, Nancy Irwin and Kenneth Kay. Thank you very much to each of these authors for offering their autographed books to our ADDer World ADHD Social Network members! There are more to come, but first…
To start off 2010 I am giving away 13 signed copies of my new bookAdult ADHD can be Sexy!
I am very, very happy and proud of my new book which will be released this coming summer! This isn’t your usual book about ADHD and it is not designed for beginners to the world of ADHD! However, if you have any interest at all in relationships, love and intimacy in connection with ADHD, this is a book I believe you will enjoy and get something special out of!
Adult ADHD can be sexy for many reasons, the list is literally endless, and yet the majority of those reasons are not for good behavior. Being generally bad can be sexy too and if there’s one word that is synonymous with ADHD, whether it is spoken or unspoken that word would be: Bad.
Bad Manners, Bad Behavior, Bad Morals and Bad Person and on and on…
Bad, Selfish, Narcissistic, Ill-mannered, lazy, unmotivated, and Stupid, Idiotic, Procrastinator and the ever popular Crazy are just a few of the names which have become staples in the depository of names for those of us with ADHD. In Adult ADHD can be Sexy I address a few of them and yet it is impossible to address all of them, not to mention exhausting too. In the end, they all mean the same thing.
"One Boy’s Struggle is a real eye-opener. It should be read by all parents struggling to understand how best to support their ADHD children. Adults with ADHD will likely find validation and new hope from reading Bryan’s story.” ~Dr. Edward Hallowell
CHADD Educator of the Year for 2010, Dr. Katherine Nell Mcneil, "Highly recommends" One Boy’s Struggle
“A very brave and moving memoir.” Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, Katherine Ellison, author of 'Buzz'.
"Gripping account of both the struggles and positive polarities of ADD written beautifully in a honest, open and courageous manner." David A. Crenshaw, Ph.D.
"Anyone with ADD or with friends, loved ones or colleagues with ADD will be informed and touched by Bryan’s book." Bryan Robinson Ph.D. author of 'The Art of Confident Living'
