Talk about learning something new! I have RLS to the point that I can’t sleep some nights or I toss and turn like crazy. It is the pits when I am really tired and it kicks in. Sometimes I get the feeling that RLS just loves to sneak up on me when I lay down to rest. It usually doesn’t bother me when I am up and doing things. Even sitting at the computer it tends to leave me alone, but, hey, once I decide it’s time to hit the sack RLS rears its ugly head.
