Have you labeled your ADHD?

Over the last few years of reading and learning about ADHD I have noticed one thing many people with a positive, constructive perspective about ADHD have in common. And that is that they tend to label their ADHD in some way that sounds positively beneficial to them. These people tend to live happy lives and are a joy to be around, they laugh, dance and find ways to be genuinely kind and helpful to others.   I personally believe it is a wonderful thing to label one’s ADHD as you want to see it. ADHD is part of my uniqueness of being.
