Looking forward to see you in this kind of interview, Bryan. Maybe in Oprah? ;)

Wonderful to see this! I think they covered many of the symptoms well in a very short time. :)

I would say one of the biggest symptoms I have had, is that I am not a self-started. I need lots of structure or planning/management to get going. Stimulants are such a crazy issue, because all they seem to do is force you to be active, get off your butt, when otherwise you might sit and zone out all day. I suppose that is a good thing, but I am going to work on my self-management and knowledge of they symptoms for awhile first.

Interestingly, I wanted to know if that woman, Jennifer is on a medication.

All the best for your week ahead!

I am so excited that the Today Show on NBC discussed adult ADD/ADHD! This was so thrilling to see because I believe that educating society about adult ADD/ADHD is essential so individuals understand it better.

The comment on the show about stress management being an excellent method to help ADDers is something that I do practice and I do recommend it!
