New Book Covers – ADHD

Today, for the first time, I am sharing with you the new covers for One Boy’s Struggle: A Memoir, The Brilliant Reality of ADHD and Adult ADHD can be Sexy! I am very excited to share these with you. They are not yet final and will not be available on the books until mid / end of summer. The contents of the books will not change, only the covers. Who knows, maybe the old covers will become collectors items :) What do you think of the new covers?

If you have a moment of time, please feel free to comment below with your thoughts. Any suggestions, or do you like them as they are? I hope you like them as much as I do :)

So many ideas! What to do with them?

Do you ever have so many ideas, thoughts and inspirations going on in your head you just feel dizzy from all of them? Sometimes I feel like a computer hooked up to a whole network of other alien computers, which are giving me ideas from all across the nodes. I call them alien computers, because, to be quite honest about it, some of the ideas make me shake my head and wonder “where did that idea come from?” That used to drive me crazy. But since writing my blogs, books and now eBooks I have found ways to get those thoughts out of my head and into forms I can ‘see’ them, work with them and share them.

Special Announcement Published! Brilliant Reality of ADHD

I am pleased, proud and thankful to announce the publication of my new book: The Brilliant Reality of ADHD!

In many ways The Brilliant Reality of ADHD is a continuation of my first book One Boy’s Struggle: A Memoir and in many ways it set’s itself apart.

When I started writing openly on the Internet, on this blog, I wrote strictly from my experiences, my life, my lessons learned and most of all, from my heart. I still write from all of those things and my writing has become enhanced by you, the readers. Thanks to your emails, your comments, your encouragements and yes, also your critique, my views and opinions have broadened beyond what I could have ever imagined. Thank you!

A brief history:

Updated Theme for ADDer World Blog

brainaw

Hey ya’ll!

I have updated my blog’s theme. Did you notice? Please, for heaven’s sake, tell me you did! Lie to me if you have to! JK.

I have been wanting to update my theme for quite a while and finally got around to doing it. I was going to hire out and find someone who could do this for me. Well, the prices folks were asking were just too high and some of the ideas sent my way I did not feel represented my self-image. Therefore, I took to updating the theme myself! Oh, boy, let me tell you that’s one heck of a frustrating, time consuming and ultimately rewarding task! The problem with having someone else create your theme, and represent the image about yourself, is that updating it becomes complicated and for that matter, when others put their hard work into it and design it for free, well, that sometimes, understandably, leads to hurt feelings when you change things later.

Thank you!

It is an honor to have written a book that is meaning so much and benefiting so many. It is my hope that one day ‘One Boy’s Struggle: A Memoir’ will be read by every teacher and parent, as well as read by every adult with ADHD. If you own a copy and have read it, please consider passing it on, loan it out to friends, a support group or donating it to your local library.

Thank you!
